Anti-aging
Anti-aging Miracles - Amazing Feats Of Physical Strength And Endurance
By The World’s
Oldest People
The physical capabilities of the world’s oldest and
healthiest people were astounding. Although what you are
about to read could easily be regarded as pure fantasy or
hearsay, every word of the accounts given below is
absolutely true and verifiable.
Without a doubt, the incredible people you’re about to meet
were anti-aging miracles. Bear in mind that none of them
ever did anything SPECIAL to attain their great age and
exuberant youthfulness. In fact, the one outstanding,
universal quality that each possessed was a temperate,
moderate lifestyle – nothing out of the ordinary!
They took the ups and downs of life as they came and made no
special preparations for anything except a willingness to
face whatever came their way by experience and to do so with
a cheerful, helpful attitude.
Sure, the foods they ate were whole and organically grown
and the water they drank came from glacial ponds and
streams. But these things – their dietary habits - had only
a small part to do with what made these people the anti
aging miracles they were.
Come along with me now and meet Humanity’s anti aging
miracles in the flesh...
In 1969 Doctor Jensen witnessed a Turkish wrestling match
where a 110 years old wrestler throw his 70 years old
challenger out of the ring!
The true, documented story behind this is that in 1969,
world-renowned health care advocate and author, Doctor
Bernard Jensen, witnessed a wrestling match in the town of
Resadiyie, Turkey, between the oldest man present at a
wrestling tournament,
110
year old Dursun Coban, and his
70
year old opponent, Hasan Ozturk. After oiling their bodies
in preparation for the match, within moments after the match
began, Mister Coban lifted his younger opponent and
literally threw him out of the ring.
After the match Doctor Jensen questioned Mister Coban about
how he developed his great strength and agility and
particularly about what foods he consumed daily. Mister
Coban explained that he lived on natural, whole foods, raw
milk, raw honey, a lot of sesame seeds, ripe fruit and clean
water. He never took any drugs, did not drink strong liquors
and had no idea what a vitamin or food supplement was.
Mister Coban further remarked that he had done a lot of
physical work all of his life, but not any particular kind
of exercises. He slept well, got up early each day, ate one
full meal daily, got plenty of fresh air and sunshine
whenever possible and enjoyed being alive and helping
people.

In the year 1970, while interviewing Shirin Gasanov on
Moscow television, Doctor Jensen was astonished to learn
Mister Gasanov was 153 years old and had fathered his last
child at the age of 93!
According to Doctor Jensen, Mister Gasanov was born July 1,
1817 in the Chereken Village of the Dzhebrailsky District of
Azerbaijan, Soviet Union. When Doctor Jensen met Mister
Gasanov at the television station, he noticed Mister Gasanov
had a surprisingly youthful appearance, seemed quite
vigorous and he was completely at peace with the world.
Mister Gasanov had his blood pressure checked previous to
the telecast by Doctor Kiamal Mirzoev. It was found to be
the same reading of a healthy man in his fifties – 130 over
80. His pulse rate was 75 beats per minute.
Mister Gasanov was a lifelong farmer, accustomed to living a
simple life. He had married three times, had twelve children
and many grand children. At age 148 he developed pneumonia
but refused to take any drugs or other medicines. Nature was
his only ally in regaining his health. For safety sake,
Mister Gasanov’s family recommended he discontinue riding
his horse at that time.
Mister Gasanov was a trusted and respected counselor in his
village. He was asked to moderate and arbitrate many civil
and political issues among his people. His greatest joys
were interacting with his family and friends, serving his
community and praying for world peace.

As reported by United Press International, in May of 1973,
the oldest man in the world, a Russian Peasant named Shirali
Mislimov, celebrated his 168th birthday by
working in his garden!
Mister Mislimov was reported to be in excellent health and
spirits. After finishing his gardening he took his customary
one mile walk. Riding horseback and talking to young people
were his favorite pastimes.
He had been a sheepherder most of his life, preferring to
sleep out of doors in the fresh, swirling mountain air of
his beloved village of Bazavu, in the Soviet republic of
Azerbaijan, during the months of spring, summer and autumn.
He fathered 23 children, married three times and his current
wife at the time, Khatoon, was 107 years of age and in
excellent health. His pulse was 70 to 72 and his blood
pressure reading a paltry 125 over 75.
Mister Mislimov explained to Doctor Jensen his ideas on
health and long life. His formula was quite simple: eat
whole foods and keep your meals light, get plenty of rest
daily, move the muscles daily – particularly in the legs,
get plenty of sunshine, and most important is to not think
too much about this business of getting old.
According to Mister Mislimov, the quality of life is much
more important than the quantity or length. He stressed a
good relation with family and friends, service to the
community, being a good role model for youth and, most
important, holding no resentment, jealousy or hatred for
others.

Former slave, Charlie Smith, eats sardines and crackers
daily to sustain his health at 133 years of age!
Charlie Smith was born in 1842, Liberia, Africa. At the age
of twelve he was enslaved and brought to American shores.
Sold at auction in 1854 to a Captain Charlie Smith, he later
retained that name when finally freed. During his early
years, due to his social condition, Mister Smith ate
whatever he could get his hands on to keep body and soul
together.
After being freed he developed a liking for sardines and
crackers and continued to eat them until the interview he
had with Doctor Jensen. Apparently the high concentration of
RNA and other important nutrients in sardines contributed to
his good health and great age.
Mister Smith told Doctor Jensen he felt that horseback
riding, walking often, eating light meals, singing and
getting plenty of rest daily kept him feeling young and
alert. Mister Smith is reported to have passed away at the
age of 142.
One note of interest: at age133 Mister Smith, who always
signed his name with an X, received an honorary high school
diploma from the Polk County School Board, Barstow, Florida.
He also received a telegram from President Ford
congratulating him for the honor.

The oldest man on record, Li Ching Yun, from Szechuan,
China, died in the year 1930 at the age of 256 after
drinking a cup of coffee!
The Chinese government reported that this beloved School
Teacher and national treasure of two centuries died shortly
after drinking a strong cup of coffee. He had lived a
frugal, temperate life, loved people, enjoyed sports, ate
sparingly of healthy foods, gave freely of his time and
knowledge to his students and believed strongly in
altruistic service to humanity.
***
Jonathan Hartop, of Yorkshire, England, walked nine miles to
a Christmas party at the age of 136!
This amazing man ate very little and lived a temperate life
of moderation. His favorite beverage was reputed to be raw
milk.
***
Peter Czartin, of Austria, reached the age of 184 consuming
primarily dark bread and raw milk!
Mister Czartin was an avid fan of periodic fasting to
cleanse and strengthen the body. His favorite meal consisted
of whole grain breads and raw milk, freshly drawn. He was a
religious man.
***
Englishman, Thomas Parr, died at age 152 after attending the
King’s banquet to honor his great age!
Apparently the food served at the banquet honoring Mister
Parr for his life achievements and great age did not sit
well with his digestive system. Immediately following his
death the King of England ordered an autopsy to be
performed. To his utter amazement, the Physician who
conducted the autopsy found Mister Parr’s internal organs
and systems to be comparable, and in many instances
superior, to that of a young, healthy Englishman.
Further investigations revealed that Mister Parr had lived a
vigorous, active existence, was well-liked, ate whole foods
in moderate proportions, had an optimistic outlook, slept
well and did not smoke tobacco or drink alcoholic beverages.

·
Hungarian Peter Martin lived to the reputed age of 185. He
was said to be simple in taste and habit and moderate in

Within
the framework of their simple, often hard and altruistic
lives, these amazing elder citizens of Humanity demonstrated
the value of living a life of moderation and temperance
close to Nature.
If there
is one great lesson to be learned from these people – an
anti-aging formula that the world can embrace - I would
think it would be that the Fountain of Youth is more a state
of mind and being than a diet, exercise routine, anti-aging
health drink or a protein bar.
It’s a
way of life... a way of viewing oneself in the world and in
God. A fierce desire and determination to be as healthy as
possible so you can be as useful and helpful to your family
and your community as possible...that’s what it’s all about.
Anti-aging and longevity have no value in and of themselves.
To live a long life where you’re a burden to others and
always TAKING from those around you is not something your
family or community will find of any value.
But to
live a useful, helpful and loving life where you’re
constantly helping and contributing of yourself to others –
a life that serves as an inspiration to others - now that’s
something ANY family or community would find to be desirable
and valuable.
The
healthy old people of the world knew this and many of our
modern Centenarians are aware of this. It’s a feeling of
community and usefulness that keeps you alive and well
within the fabric of family and community life. This was no
great secret to the old ones, although it seems to be fresh
news to our modern world.
We’ve
lost something over the years. Perhaps a sense of belonging
and purpose in the universe. These old people all felt
connected and needed. They were understood to be valuable
components of their respective societies. They were
cherished and admired for their great age and life-long
accomplishments... not pushed aside and shelved to gather
dust.
My
research has revealed that two civilizations yielding
possibly the best social systems and healthiest people the
world has seen within the past 15, 000 years – the Hunzas
and ancient Peru under the rule of the Incas – left us a
legacy that ANY nation’s people can embrace to good
advantage.
Each
nation boasted a healthy and contented populace that
displayed certain mental, emotional and physical
characteristics that set them apart from neighboring
countries. These attributes enabled their citizenry to live
full, useful, long, healthy and happy lives. Perhaps you’ll
find some of these elements to be of some use in your life:
